The final etehfowr against update

Raidgirl is a new character added to the game. She can drop roach eggs and is pretty fast! I hope you enjoy her strange playstyle.

system changes:

• Supers can be done outside of the Max Meter being filled by deducting 20 seconds from the timer. 
• You can now revive a teammate at the cost of all of your team's timer. both character's will be left at 1hp at start of revive
• hitstun for normals is now consistent amongst all the cast.
• all walkspeeds are reduced from 550-650 to 250-350
